Congratulations to Emma and Sydney Hess on their great day at McDonogh! Emma rode her pony, Blackberry Storm, in the Small/Medium Children’s Pony Hunters and placed in each class, including the MHSA Children’s Pony Medal! Sydney rode her pony, Close Kin, in the the Large Children’s Pony Hunters, pinning in each class, and earning a third in the final jumping round. Great job!
Morgan Busey continued her progress in the 3’6″ equitation classes. She earned a third in the VHSA Hunter Seat Medal, a fifth in the USEF Medal and a sixth in the ASPCA Maclay. Nicely done!
Kate Murphy won a Children’s Hunter 14 and Under Over Fences class, and placed fourth in the other two jumping classes and fifth in the under saddle. She also won the VHSA Children’s Medal. Congratulations!
